Privacy Policy

1. Introduction & Who We Are
Probation360 ("we," "us," or "our") is a private company that develops and operates the Probation360 mobile application ("App"). We are not a government agency, not affiliated with any court system, probation department, or law enforcement entity.
Our App is designed to help reduce stress around daily check-ins by providing reminders, logs, and progress tracking for individuals on probation or parole. It is a personal organizational tool only—it does not provide legal advice and does not replace your attorney, probation officer, or treatment provider.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
2. What Data We Collect
2.1 Account Data
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name and email address

- Phone number (for notifications)
2.2 Optional Profile Data
You may choose to provide additional information to personalize your experience:
- Case type or supervision type

- Court dates or appointment information
2.3 Check-In Data
To provide our core service, we collect:

- Notification data: Push notification delivery status and interaction
2.5 Location Data
We do not collect precise GPS location data. The App does not require or request access to your device's location services. If any location-based features are added in the future, we will update this policy and request your explicit permission first.
3. How We Use Your Data
